ExpertCamRating accepts affiliate compensation from some platforms reviewed on this site. Placement is never paid for. Below is the full list of current affiliate relationships and how the redirect system works.
What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is an outbound link that includes a tracking parameter so the destination platform can attribute a signup or a token purchase back to the site that referred the visitor. ExpertCamRating receives a commission from the destination platform when a visitor referred through one of our affiliate links signs up or makes a purchase. The visitor pays nothing extra; the commission is paid by the platform out of its existing margin.
How affiliate links are presented on this site
All outbound affiliate links on ExpertCamRating route through a /go/<slug>/ URL on this domain — for example, /go/chaturbate/ redirects to our Chaturbate affiliate URL. The /go/ URL adds noindex, nofollow, noarchive meta and the destination platform link carries rel="nofollow sponsored noopener" on the rendered page. This is the industry standard for transparent affiliate handling.

What "no paid placement" means in practice
It means: no platform on ExpertCamRating has paid for a higher position in any ranking. The order of platforms on every "best of" list is determined by our five-criteria methodology, applied identically to every platform — affiliated or not. If we have no commercial relationship with a platform, we still cover it where the methodology says we should. If we have an affiliate relationship and the platform's score drops below the cutoff, we drop them off the list.
Recent ranking changes
We do not currently publish a public log of ranking changes (the site is new). Once we have a year of re-test data, the change log will live at /changelog/. In the interim, every review page carries a "Last re-checked" date at the top and a published note when the score changes by more than half a star.
FTC compliance
ExpertCamRating complies with US Federal Trade Commission "Endorsement Guides" 16 CFR Part 255. The "⚠ Adults only · Independent reviews · No paid placement" banner at the top of every page, combined with the inline rel="sponsored" on every affiliate link and this dedicated disclosure page, satisfies the disclosure requirements for an affiliate-compensated review site.
EU compliance
ExpertCamRating complies with the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC) and Germany's UWG §5a (which is the strictest disclosure regime in the EU). Affiliate compensation is disclosed prominently above the fold on every page that contains an affiliate link.
